基于S.T.O.P.信号灯交接模式对提高门诊发热患儿服务质量的影响

Implications of the S.T.O.P.signal-based handover model for improving the quality of services for febrile children in outpatient clinics

目的探讨基于S.T.O.P.信号灯模式对提高门诊发热患儿服务质量的影响。方法选取杭州市儿童医院发热门诊收治的82例发热患儿,采用双盲随机对照法分为研究组及对照组,每组各41例。对照组开展常规护理管理,研究组在常规管理基础上增用基于S.T.O.P.信号灯交接的模式管理。比较两组患儿的治疗依从性、管理效果、护理工作质量、家属满意度情况。结果研究组的治疗总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良习惯纠正、自我管理意识及疾病认知评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理文书、专业水平、操作技能以及健康教育评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患儿家属满意度方面,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于S.T.O.P.信号灯交接的模式应用于儿童医院发热门诊中效果显著,可明显改善患儿治疗依从性,提高护理服务质量,提升患儿家属满意度。

Objective To study the implications of the S.T.O.P.signal–based handover mode in fever clinic of Children's Hospital.Methods A total of 82 children with fever treated in Fever Outpatient Department of Children’s Hospital were divided into the study group and the control group(n=41)by double–blind randomized control method.The control group carried out routine nursing management,while the study group added S.T.O.P.based on routine management.Mode management of signal–based handover.Treatment compliance,management effect,nursing quality and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The study group was higher than the control group in terms of total compliance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of bad habit correction,self–management consciousness and disease cognition in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing documents,professional level,operation skills and health education in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of family satisfaction,the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implications of S.T.O.P.signal–based handover mode in Fever Outpatient Department of Children’s Hospital has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the treatment compliance of children,improve the quality of nursing service,and enhance the satisfaction of children's family members,which is worthy of clinical application.
