延续性护理干预用于尖锐湿疣患者中的效果观察

Effect observation of nursing intervention and continuity of care model for patients with condyloma acuminatum

目的探讨将延续性护理干预用于尖锐湿疣患者的病变组织中的效果。方法选取浙江省皮肤病医院2018年1月至2021年10月诊治的70例尖锐湿疣患者的病变组织为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为治疗组40例,对照组30例。对照组予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上予以延续性护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、生活质量、心理弹性、心理状态、满意度、痊愈率及复发率。结果治疗组总依从率、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组痊愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。与干预前比较,干预后两组患者的情绪、认知、躯体、社会、角色、乐观、力量、坚韧评分升高,且治疗组高于对照组,抑郁自评量表(self-rating depressive scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对尖锐湿疣患者的病变组织治疗过程中采用延续性护理,可提高患者的治疗依从性及生活质量、心理弹性、改善心理状态,提高治疗效果,降低复发率。

Objective To analyze the nursing intervention and continuous nursing mode of wardyloma patients.Methods A total of 70 condyloma patients treated from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and 40 patients were divided into the control group according to the random number table.The control group was given routine nursing,and the treatment group was given continuous nursing.The compliance,quality of life,psychological resilience,psychological status,satisfaction,and clinical efficacy in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate in the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was slightly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the intervention,the mood,cognition,body,social,role,optimism,strength,tenacity scores were higher,self-rating depressive scale,SDS,self rating anxiety scale,SAS scores decreased and lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of continuous nursing model in the treatment process of condyloma sharp body can improve patient compliance,enhance the quality of life,psychological elasticity and psychological state,which is conducive to the smooth progress of treatment and reduction of recurrence rate.
