基于ISO15189的临床实验室电子记录系统的设计和应用

Design and application of clinical laboratory electronic record system based on ISO15189

目的分析基于ISO15189的临床实验室电子记录系统的设计和应用。方法利用SpringBoot+SpringMVC技术框架进行构建,采用JAVA等编程语言和MySQL 5.7数据库技术搭建Web平台,基于Apache/Nginx/Caddy应用服务器,设计研发临床实验室电子记录系统。结果临床实验室电子记录系统包含ISO15189中管理要求和技术要求相关的电子表格和审批流程。在管理要求部分主要包括对文件的修订、不符合项的识别以及对管理评审等方面;技术要求部分主要包括在日常工作中所需的人员、设备设施以及在检验前中后期等的技术要求。结论临床实验室电子记录系统实现了表格的规范填写,文档与数据的高效记录,可以追溯整个检验周期,查找更为有针对性,极大地提高了工作效率。

Objective To analyze the design and application of clinical laboratory electronic record system based on ISO15189.Methods Used SpringBoot+SpringMVC technology framework,JAVA programming language and MySQL 5.7 database technology to build Web platform,based on Apache/Nginx/Caddy application server,electronic record system was designed and developed.Results The electronic records system contained spreadsheets and approval processes related to management requirements and technical requirements in ISO15189.In the part of management requirements,it mainly included the revision of documents,identification of non-conformance items and management review,etc.The technical requirements mainly included the personnel,equipment and facilities required in daily work and the technical requirements before and after the inspection.Conclusion The electronic record system realizes the standard filling of forms,the efficient recording of documents and data,and can trace the whole inspection cycle.The search is more targeted,and the work efficiency is greatly improved.
