预见性护理干预对前列腺癌根治术患者尿失禁症状的影响

Effect of predictive nursing intervention on urinary incontinence symptoms in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy

目的探讨预见性护理干预对前列腺癌根治术患者术后尿失禁的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月于中国科学院大学附属肿瘤医院确诊的前列腺癌并接受前列腺根治术的80例患者纳入本研究。根据纳入时间先后将其分为对照组(2020年1~12月,40例)和研究组(2021年1~10月,40例)。对照组患者给予前列腺癌根治术后常规护理,研究组患者应用基于循证护理的前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的预见性护理。比较两组患者的国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷(international consultation on incontinence questionnaires,ICIQ)评分、尿垫使用情况及对护理的满意度。结果术后6个月,两组患者的ICIQ评分均显著低于本组术后3个月(P<0.05);术后3个月、6个月,研究组患者的ICIQ评分均显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的尿垫使用情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者的总满意度显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=11.259,P=0.010)。结论基于循证护理的预见性护理干预能更有效地预防前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的发生,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer and undergoing radical prostatectomy in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected and included in this study.According to the inclusion time,they were divided into control group(January to December 2020,40 cases)and study group(January to October 2021,40 cases).The control group received routine nursing after radical prostatectomy,while the study group received predictive nursing of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy based on evidence–based nursing.The scores of international consultation on incontinence questionnaire(ICIQ),pad use,and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 months after operation,the ICIQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after operation,the ICIQ scores of study group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pad use between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=11.259,P=0.010).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention based on evidence–based nursing is more effective in preventing urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
