摘要
目的 分析不同频率经颅磁刺激(TMS)治疗急性出血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法 我院2019年7月至2021年4月收治的93例急性出血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者,根据治疗方式不同,分为对照组44例(10 Hz TMS治疗)和试验组49例(1 Hz TMS治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分及步态。结果 实验组总效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组FMA评分、SS-QOL评分及步速、步频、跨步长比率(患肢/健肢)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对急性出血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者选择低频TMS治疗的临床效果优于高频治疗,不但能改善患者的肢体运动能力及步态,还能提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of different frequencies of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) in the treatment of patients with hemiplegia after acute hemorrhagic stroke.Methods Ninety-three patients with hemiplegia after acute hemorrhagic stroke admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to April 2021 were selected. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into a control group(n=44) treated with 10 Hz TMS and an experimental group(n=49) treated with 1 Hz TMS). The clinical efficacy, Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA) score, Stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL) score and gait were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the FMA score, the SS-QOL, stride speed, stride frequency, and stride length ratio(affected limb/healthy limb) of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of low-frequency TMS therapy is better than that of high-frequency therapy for patients with acute hemorrhagic post-stroke hemiplegia. It can not only improve the patient′s limb movement ability and gait, but also improve the patient′s quality of life.
