不同制备方法测定银黄滴丸中绿原酸含量的分析

摘要 目的:建立供试品溶液最优制备方法,测定银黄滴丸中绿原酸(CA)含量。方法:比较三种供试品溶液提取方法:超声波提取、回流提取、冷浸提取,四种提取溶液:甲醇、乙醇、50%甲醇、50%乙醇,5个提取时间:10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min的供试品溶液制备方法,并测定银黄滴丸中CA含量。结果:以50%甲醇、超声提取30 min为样品提取率最高。方法学验证:该方法线性Y=47128.82X-4952.86(r=0.99999),精密度良好﹝相对标准偏差(RSD)=0.56%﹞、回收率为98.9%,稳定性、重复性均良好。结论:应用该供试溶液制备方法测定银黄滴丸中CA含量的误差小,稳定性及重复性良好,可有效控制制剂的质量。 Objective:To establish the optimal preparation method of test solution and determine the content of chlorogenic acid(CA)in Yinhuang dropping pills.Methods:The extraction methods of three test products were compared:ultrasonic extraction,reflux extraction,cold immersion extraction,four extraction solutions:methanol,ethanol,50%methanol,50%ethanol,five extraction times:Preparation method of test solution for 10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min,and determination of CA content in Yinhuang dropping pills.Results:The highest extraction yield was obtained with 50%methanol and 30 min ultrasonic extraction.The method was linear Y=47128.82X-4952.86(r=0.99999),the precision was good[relative standard deviation(RSD)=0.56%],the recovery rate was 98.9%,the stability and repeatability were good.Conclusion:The method for the determination of CA content in Yinhuang dropping pills has small error,good stability and repeatability,and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
