耳穴刮痧疗法改善围绝经期睡眠障碍的效果研究

Effect of auricular acupoint scraping therapy on perimenopausal sleep dis order

目的:评估耳穴刮痧疗法对围绝经期睡眠障碍的改善效果与安全性,为该技术的临床应用与推广提供科学依据。方法:选取2021年1月至12月就诊于广东医科大学附属第三医院妇科门诊的围绝经期睡眠障碍患者120例,分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。治疗组应用耳穴刮痧疗法进行干预,对照组应用常规针灸疗法进行干预。比较两组干预前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、围绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)评分,统计其临床总有效率及不良反应的发生率。结果:两组干预前的PSQI评分及MENQOL评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组干预后的PSQI评分和MENQOL评分均显著降低,且治疗组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预期间,治疗组不良反应的发生率低于对照组,但组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴刮痧疗法可有效改善女性围绝经期睡眠障碍,具有操作简便、疗效好、安全可靠等优点,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To evaluate the improvement effect and safety of auricular acupoint scraping therapy on perimenopausal sleep disorders,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical application and promotion of this technology.Methods:A total of 120 perimenopausal patients with sleep disorders who were admitted to the Gynecological clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with auricular scraping therapy,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture therapy.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the Perimenopausal Quality of Life Scale(MENQOL)score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.The total clinical effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in PSQI score and MENQOL score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The PSQI score and MENQOL score of the two groups were significantly decreased after intervention,and the reduction was greater in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint scraping therapy can effectively improve perimenopausal women’s sleep disorders,has the advantages of simple operation,good efficacy,safety and reliability,and has the value of clinical promotion.
