针刺四缝穴治疗小儿积滞的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of stagnation in children by acupun cture at Sifu point

目的:探讨针刺四缝穴治疗小儿积滞的临床效果。方法:纳入东莞市妇幼保健院2021年5月至2021年10月收治的积滞患儿共72例作为研究样本,采用随机数表法分组,其中36例为对照组,接受神曲消食口服液治疗;另36例为治疗组,加以针刺四缝穴治疗。比较两组的总有效率、中医证候积分、症状缓解时间及副反应差异。结果:治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的中医证候积分相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗2周和4周后,两组的上述指标间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的腹胀缓解时间、便秘缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的副反应出现情况相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺四缝穴治疗小儿积滞的效果显著,可有效改善患儿的临床症状,安全性较高,且具有操作省时省力、易于被患儿家长接受的优势。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at Sifu point in the treatment of stagnation in children.Methods:A total of 72 children with hysteresis admitted to Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2021 to October 2021 were included as the study sample,and were divided into groups by random number table method,including 36 cases as the control group,who received Shenqu Xiaoying oral liquid treatment.The other 36 cases were treated with acupuncture at Sihuo point.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,symptom relief time and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome sco res between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in the above indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the relief time of abdominal distension and constipation in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Sifu point has a significant effect on the treatment of stagnation in children,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with high safety,and has the advantages of saving time and effort in operation and easy to be accepted by the parents of children.
