基于四气五味理论刍议脾胃系病证用药

今人临证遣方多以药之功效为主要依据,鲜有以药之气味作为处方用药依据。本文基于四气五味理论,析要梳理四气五味与脾胃之间的关系,针对脾胃系病证,归纳总结出甘温以扶中焦之阳、甘凉养胃阴清胃火、辛苦以祛中焦之湿、辛苦斡旋中焦气机、寒热并用平衡脏腑阴阳五种用药法度,旨在明确药之气味在病证遣方用药时具有重要意义。
