全面护理干预对癫痫患者精神状况及癫痫发作次数的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on mental state and seizure frequency of patients with epilepsy

目的评价全面护理干预在癫痫患者中的实施效果和价值。方法选取2021年2月至2022年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院收治的104例癫痫患者为研究对象,按简单随机抽样法分入对照组和观察组。对照组(52例)予以常规护理,观察组(52例)实施全面护理干预。比较2组的精神状态、心理健康状况、癫痫发作次数和持续时间,以及脑电图指标。结果出院时及出院后1个月、3个月,2组的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均低于入院时(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05)。出院后1个月及3个月,2组的癫痫发作频率均低于入院时,每次持续时间均短于入院时(P均<0.05),且观察组均较对照组更低和更短(P均<0.05)。出院时和出院后3个月,2组的痫样放电、累及导联数均低于入院时(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05)。结论全面护理干预可显著改善癫痫患者的精神状态、心理健康状况和脑电图指标,且能够有效降低癫痫发作频率、缩短持续时间。

Objective To evaluate the application effect and value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the epilepsy patients.Methods From February 2021 to January 2022,104 epilepsy patients admitted to the 900th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army were recruited in the study and divided into the control group and the observation group by simple random sampling method.The control group(52 cases)received routine nursing care,and the observation group(52 cases)received comprehensive nursing intervention.The mental state,psychological health status,frequency and duration of seizures,and electroencephalogram indicators were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,1 month,and 3 months after discharge,the scores of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)in both groups were lower than those at admission(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the corresponding period(all P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after discharge,the frequency of seizures in both groups was less than that at admission,and the duration of each seizure was shorter than that at admission(all P<0.05).The observation group had fewer and shorter seizures than the control group(all P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge,the epileptiform discharges and the number of involved leads in both groups were lower than those at admission(all P<0.05),and the indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the corresponding period(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the mental state,psychological health status,and electroencephalogram indicators of epilepsy patients,and effectively reduce the frequency and duration of seizures.
