居家养老模式下农村适老化改造设计--以黑龙江省民政村为例

A Study on the Design of Rural Aging Reform under the Home-based Care Model--Taking Minzheng Village in Heilongjiang Province as an Example

随着时代的进步与城市的发展,越来越多的农村年轻人走向城市,老龄化与“空巢老人”现象已经成为农村面临的重要问题。为了解决农村居家养老问题,文章以黑龙江省密山市富源乡民政村为例,通过对老年人住宅及人居环境的调研,从住宅改造、景观提升、交通规划、公共服务设施完善等4个方面入手,对民政村展开适老化改造。

With the progress of the times and the development of cities,more and more young people in rural areas are moving to cities,and the phenomenon of aging and“empty nest elderly”has become an important problem facing rural areas.In order to solve the problem of elderly care at home in rural areas,the article takes Minzheng Village,Fuyuan Township,Mishan City,Heilongjiang Province as an example.Through the investigation of senior citizens’housing and living environment,the four aspects include residential renovation,landscape improvement,transportation planning,and public service facilities improvement.Starting from the aspect,the civil administration village has been designed to adapt to aging.
