摘要 “双减”政策的出台与实施为思考基础教育高质量发展的价值指向和行动路径提供了制度依凭。“双减”为基础教育发展和改革带来新挑战的同时,也提供了有价值、有意义的理念视野和行动路径。“双减”政策奏效的关键是什么,其有效落地的可行条件是什么,“双减”为高师院校教师教育改革提供了什么样的变革方向,其为基础教育教师的教研、家校共育等提出了什么样的发展诉求,教育系统推进落实“双减”需要担当何种作为等问题构成了“双减”视域下基础教育改革的多维研究视域,相关研究与思考为进一步认识和理解“双减”及其实践取向提供相应学理视野,也为基础教育学校落实“双减”进一步指明行动方向。 The introduction and implementation of the"double reduction"policy provides an institutional basis for thinking about the value orientation and action path of high-quality development of basic educa-tion."Double reduction"not only brings new challenges to the development and reform of basic education,but also provides valuable and meaningful concept vision and action path.What is the key to the effective-ness of the"double reduction"policy?What are the feasible conditions for its effective implementation?Which reform direction does"double reduction"provide for the reform of teacher education in normal uni-versities?Which development demands does it put forward for the teaching and research of teachers in ba-sic education and home-school co-education?These questions constitute a multi-dimensional research per-spective of basic education reform from the perspective of"double reduction".
