吉林省高校及科研机构科研资源共享现状和问题研究

Present Situation and Problems of Scientific Research Resource Sharing in Universities and Scientific Research Institutions in Jilin Province

长期以来,吉林省的高等院校、科研院所积累了丰富的科研资源,但是受制于管理体制、条块分割、信息化手段等方面的困扰,吉林省的信息化教学资源、仪器设备、科研服务和科技人才等资源的共享存在一定问题。该文旨在分析吉林省高校、科研机构科研资源分布现状,了解吉林省科研资源共享存在的管理应用问题,为发挥现阶段人力、物力、财力、智力方面的大众应用,探索一套可行的科研资源共享路径和对策,以期改善吉林省目前的科研资源共享问题。

For a long time,the universities and scientific research institutions in Jilin Province have accu-mulated rich scientific research resources,but they were subject to the management system and informa-tion means and so on.There are some problems in the sharing of information teaching resources,equip-ment,scientific research services and scientific and technological personnel resources.The present situa-tion of the distribution of scientific research resources in the universities and scientific research institutions are analyzed,understanding the management and application problems of scientific research resources sharing in Jilin Province,in order to give full play to the public application of human resources,material re-sources,financial resources and intelligence at the present stage,a feasible path and countermeasure of sci-entific research resources sharing is explored,for improving the current problem of scientific research re-sources sharing in Jilin Province.
