城乡融合发展的路径选择——从资源配置的视角

The Path Selection of Urban and Rural Integration Development--From the Perspective of Resource Allocation

改革开放以来,我国从农村到县镇发生了巨大的变化,然而城乡二元化结构并未根本改变,城市与乡村差距依然明显。基于资源配置的视角,对城乡融合发展现状和路径选择进行分析,并结合城乡融合发展过程中所面临的困境与挑战,从人才引进、统筹城乡土地资源和金融资源配置、乡村产业结构调整等寻求出路,提出城乡融合发展的路径选择,最终达到城乡资源合理配置的目的,以期对新型城乡发展提供借鉴。

Since the reform and opening up,great changes have taken place from rural areas to counties and towns in China.However,the urban-rural dual structure has not been fundamentally changed,and the gap between urban and rural areas is still obvious.Based on the perspective of resource allocation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of urban and rural integration and path selection,and combines the difficulties and challenges faced in the process of the urban-rural integration development,seeks solutions from the talent introduction,overall allocation between urban and rural areas,rural industrial structure adjustment and so on,puts forward the path selection of urban and rural integration development,so as to achieve the purpose of rational allocation of resources between urban and rural areas,and finally provides reference for new urban and rural development.
