摘要
论述了豫北PH天然气管道工程项目穿越滞洪区段管道埋深设计方案的优化过程。设计单位起初根据GB 50423—2013《油气输送管道穿越工程设计规范》确定管道埋深按照冲刷线以下1.5 m进行设计,经过建设单位和设计单位研判,最终确定管道埋深按照冲刷线以下进行设计。优化后的设计埋深可以显著节省投资、缩短工期、减少用地,提高安全质量,并为其他油气输送管道工程穿越滞洪区段埋深提供技术参考。
The optimization process of buried depth design of PH natural gas pipeline project in North Henan Province is discussed.At first,according to GB 50423—2013 code for design of oil and gas transportation pipeline crossing engineering,the design unit determined that the buried depth of the pipeline should be designed as 1.5 m below the scour line.After the study and judgment of the construction unit and the design unit,the design unit finally determined that the buried depth of the pipeline should be designed as below the scour line.The optimized design of buried depth reduction significantly saves investment,shortens construction period,reduces land use,improves safety quality,and provides a technical reference for other oil and gas pipeline projects to cross the buried depth of flood detention area.
