摘要
基于现行国家及地方标准中的建筑节能要求,以提升建筑品质为目标,提出了一种新型装配式集成化夹芯叠合楼板,并从研究背景、产品构造、材料选型以及连接方式等方面对其进行了简要介绍。同时,分析了新型装配式集成化夹芯叠合楼板的热工性能以及在施工阶段和使用阶段的力学性能,通过计算分析和试验研究,验证了其在实现集成性能方面具有一定的优越性,具备在工程项目中实施应用的可行性,对于提升建筑品质和形成应用效益提供了一种产品思路。
Based on the building energy efficiency requirements in the current national and local standards,and with the goal of improving building quality,a new type of precast integrated sandwich stacked slab was proposed,which was briefly introduced from the research background,product structure,material selection and connection mode.At the same time,the thermal performance of the new type of precast integrated sandwich stacked slab and the mechanical properties in the construction and use stage were analysed.Through calculation analysis and experimental research,it was verified that it has certain advantages in realising integration performance and the feasibility of implementing application in engineering projects,which provides a product idea for improving building quality and forming application benefits.
