政府规制视角下多任务激励契约设计及仿真分析

摘要 本文以政府规制下投放智能汽车充电桩为例,针对政府、公众与企业的委托代理关系,分别对公众与政府在合作状态与非合作状态下建立最优激励契约模型。将两种状态进行对比发现,政府与公众在非合作状态下,不能达到激励企业的最优效果。在利用Matlab软件对研究成果进行仿真的基础上,针对充电桩的部署优化以及废弃处理问题,提出了政府规制视角下的对策与建议。 Taking the intelligent car charging piles of government regulation as an example,this paper establishes the optimal incentive contract model for the public and the government respectively in the cooperative state and non-cooperative state,aiming at the principal-agent relationship between the government,the public and enterprises.By comparing the two cooperative states,it is found that the government and the public cannot achieve the optimal effect of stimulating enterprises under the non-cooperative state.Finally,this paper uses Matlab software for simulation,and then some suggestions for government regulation were put forward for the optimization of charging pile site deployment and disposal of charging pile site.
