Research progress in the disability assessment and nursing management of inflammatory bowel disease

摘要 残疾是炎症性肠病常见且隐匿的并发症。本文基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类的指引,对炎症性肠病残疾评估工具的构建方法及信效度验证、炎症性肠病残疾的流行病学数据、护理管理措施等进行了系统综述,旨在帮助护理人员提高认识,通过适当的护理措施,预防并减少远期残疾的发生。
