白酒酿造原粮中苯并[a]芘的测定

摘要 研究通过对苯并[a]芘(Bap)的高效液相色谱-质谱法和高效液相色谱-荧光检测法的比对,最终确定了白酒酿酒原粮高粱中苯并[a]芘(Bap)的最佳检测方法为:高效液相色谱-荧光检测法。样品经正己烷超声提取、分子印迹柱净化后上机测试,Bap在0.5 ng/m L~100 ng/m L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999;不同浓度Bap标品和加标样分别平行测定6次,测定浓度值的相对标准偏差在0.60%~2.07%之间,精密度良好;不同加标样品的回收率在90.61%~98.63%之间。该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,完全符合准确检测的要求。 In this study, through the comparison of Benzopyrene(Bap) high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection method, The best method for detecting Bap in the raw grains sorghum of Baijiu brewing is: high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection method. The sample was subjected to ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane, purified by molecular imprinting column, and then tested on the machine. In the range of 0.5ng/m L ~100ng/m L, the linear relationship of Bap is good, and the correlation coefficient r>0.999. Different concentrations of Bap standard and spiked standard samples were measured in parallel for 6 times, and the relative standard deviation of the measured concentration value was between 0.60% and2.07%, with good precisio. the recovery rate of different spiked samples is between 90.61% and 98.63%. The method is simple, fast, and highly sensitive, and fully meets the requirements for accurate detection.
