位于开封东南30公里的通许县,历史悠久,人文荟萃,钟灵毓秀,沃野平畴,菽麦流金,地理位置得天独厚,地下水纯净甘洌,自古就是名酒之乡,酒文化源远流长。自大宋王朝定都开封以来,通许作为皇畿之地,百业兴旺,商贾云集,店肆林立,酒旗招展,大小烧坊达15家之多。明清时期,通许酿酒仍为繁荣昌盛,尤以城东王家“汴南村烧坊”最为知名,该烧坊始创于清光绪十八年,素有“隔壁三家醉,开坛十里香”之美誉。跨越悠悠岁月长河,汴南村酒历久弥香,在传统酿造技艺的基础上,不断发展创新,为河南老字号增加新的篇章。

Tongxu County, located 30 kilometers southeast of Kaifeng, has a long history and numerous cultural factors, with the fine spirits of the universe and outstanding talents. The particularly favourable natural conditions such as fertile land, good harvest and qualified underground water have made the place a good liquor making region in the history. Since the Song Dynasty made Kaifeng the capital,businesses were prosperous, merchants gathered, and more than fifteen large and small liquor making workshops existed in Tongxu. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, workshops of liquor making in Tongxu were still prosperous, and the famous one was the "Biannan village liquor making workshop" of the Wang family in the east of the county. The workshop was founded in the eighteenth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty and reputed by the liquor produced with good quality and fragrance. As time goes by, Biannan village liquor has continued to develop and innovate, adding a new chapter to the time-honored brand in Henan.
