含冲击损伤复合材料壁板压缩强度试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 复合材料在实际应用中不可避免受到物体冲击产生损伤,因此其在冲击损伤后的剩余承载力是结构安全的重点问题。本文以复合壁板结构为研究对象,考虑冲击损伤影响,通过实尺寸模型压缩试验,对比分析不同铺层复合材料壁板的剩余压缩强度,探究冲击损伤、铺层方式等对复合材料壁板剩余压缩强度的影响。通过试验结果分析可知,在面内压缩载荷作用下,不同铺层方式的复合材料壁板,冲击损伤造成结构剩余压缩强度下降高达26.38%。研究结果可为复合材料壁板的设计和安全评估提供参考。 It is inevitable to be damaged by the impact of objects in service,so the residual bearing capacity of composite materials after impact damage is the key issue of structural safety.In this paper,the composite structure of a bulkhead panel is taken as the research object.Considering the impact damage,the residual compression strength of different laminated composite panels is compared and analyzed through the full-size model compression test and the influence of impact damage and lamination mode on the residual compression strength of composite materials is explored.According to the analysis of the test results,under the in-plane compression load,the impact damage of the composite panels with different lay-up modes will reduce the residual compressive strength of the structure up to 26.38%.The research results can provide reference for the design and safety evaluation of composite panels.
