摘要
根据实际生产需要,浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置(FLNG)主甲板上设有多个不同功能的工艺模块,通过支墩结构与主船体连接。有效的支墩结构,是整个FLNG系统正常生产的基础。根据模块的布置情况和目标船结构特点,确定整体上采用四点支撑型式,模块支墩则采用箱式结构,利用有限元法对支墩结构强度进行分析和优化。整个设计贴近实船,可作为类似船型的参考。
According to actual production requirements,a floating LNG production unit(FLNG)generally installs several process modules which connecting to main hull through module stools.The effective stool structure is the basis of the normal operation of the whole FLNG system.According to the arrangement of modules and the features of the hull structure,four point support mode is selected while the module stool applies box type structure.Then analyzes the strength and optimizes the structure with finite element method.The whole design is close to actual ship,could be refereed for the similar ship type.
