摘要
根据GX4CrNiMo16-5-1马氏体不锈钢铸钢件化学成分和力学性能特性,分析采用GMAW和GTAW两种焊接方法对该类铸钢件的焊接性。根据铸钢件产品技术条件,匹配合理的焊接材料、焊接工艺参数,通过多组焊接工艺性试验,对焊接接头进行无损检测、力学性能检测,确定选择的焊接技术对产品焊接的可靠性。
According to the chemical composition and mechanical properties of GX4CrNiMo16-5-1 martensitic stainless steel castings,the influence of two welding methods,GMAW and GTAW,on the weldability of such castings has been analyzed.According to the technical conditions of steel casting products,by means of matching reasonable welding materials and welding process parameters,and through multiple sets of welding process tests,non-destructive testing and mechanical property testing of welded joints have been carried out to determine the reliability of the selected welding technology for product welding.
