摘要
利用电子拉伸试验机对25Cr2Ni4MoV在25℃至600℃区间开展了拉伸试验,获得了不同温度下合金的力学性能,分析了拉伸温度对其组织与性能的影响,并使用扫描电镜观察了断口形貌。结果表明:随温度升高,合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度不断降低,超过400℃时,下降幅度显著增加,此时裂纹更易在夹杂物位置处起裂。不同拉伸温度下,合金断口均为韧性断裂特征,断口表面分布有韧窝和孔洞,断裂机理为微孔聚集型韧性断裂。
Tensile tests of 25Cr2Ni4MoV at 25℃to 600℃have been carried out by electronic tensile testing machine.The mechanical properties of the alloy at different temperatures have been obtained.The effect of tensile temperatures on the microstructures and properties of the alloy has been analyzed,and the fracture morphology has been observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy decrease continuously.When the temperature exceeds 400℃,the decrease amplitude increases significantly,and the crack is more likely to start at the inclusion position.At different tensile temperatures,the alloy fracture is characterized as ductile fracture,with dimples and holes distributed on the surface of the fracture,and the fracture mechanism is micropore aggregation type ductile fracture.
