摘要
将纤维类材料加入沥青混合料中能够改善沥青混合料路用性能,而将玄武岩纤维按一定比例掺加到沥青混凝土中,能大大提高沥青混凝土的路用性能,如高温抗车辙性能动稳定度能提高15%以上,低温抗裂能提高20%以上,对于沥青路面的寿命有明显提高,能大大减少沥青路面的维修费用。玄武岩纤维以其自身的优势,广泛应用于沥青混合料中。本研究介绍了玄武岩纤维的基本性能,阐述了玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料的吸附性、稳定性和韧性等起到的增强作用,并从低温抗裂性能、高温稳定性能、水稳定性3个方面分析了玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的路用性能。
Adding fiber materials to asphalt mixture can improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, while adding basalt fiber to asphalt concrete in a certain proportion can greatly improve the pavement performance of asphalt concrete. For example, the dynamic stability of high-temperature rutting resistance can be increased by more than 15%, and the low-temperature crack resistance can be increased by more than 20%, which can significantly improve the service life of asphalt pavement and greatly reduce the maintenance cost of asphalt pavement. Basalt fiber is widely used in asphalt mixture because of its own advantages. This study introduces the basic properties of basalt fiber, expounds the strengthening effect of basalt fiber on the adsorption, stability and toughness of asphalt mixture, and analyzes the road performance of basalt fiber asphalt mixture from three aspects: low temperature crack resistance, high temperature stability and water stability.
