摘要
根据聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB-HCl)与水溶性曙红Y结合发生褪色反应的原理,采用控制变量法,以吸光度为指标从缓冲液的pH值、显色剂浓度、显色剂用量与时间等因素进行褪色光度法的优化,以测定PHMB-HCl的含量。优化后的褪色光度法条件:缓冲液pH值为4.4、显色剂浓度为1.2 mg/mL、显色剂用量为1.2 mL、显色时间为40 min,在0.00~0.28 mg/mL时线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.995 6,平均加标回收率为94.05%,RSD为2.13%(n=9),精密度RSD为2.98%。该含量测定方法简单可行,适用于PHMB-HCl的含量测定。
Using the principle of fading reaction of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride(PHMBHCl)combined with water-soluble eosin Y, the control variable method was adopted, and the absorbance was used as the index to change the pH value of the buffer solution, the concentration of the developer, color developing agent factors such as dosage and time were used to optimize the fading photometric method to determine the content of PHMB-HCl.The optimized fading photometry conditions were as follows: the pH value of the buffer solution was 4.4, the concentration of the developer was 1.2 mg/mL,the dosage of the developer was 1.2 mL, and the color development time was 40mins. The linear relationship was good, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.995 6, the average spiked recovery was 94.05%,the RSD was 2.13%(n = 9), and the precision RSD was 2.98%. The content determination method is simple and feasible, and is suitable for the content determination of PHMB-HCl.
