Construction of Intellectual Property Securitization System of Strategic Emerging Industries in Henan Province

战略性新兴产业是引导未来经济社会发展的重要力量,对推进河南省产业结构升级、加快经济发展方式转变具有重要意义。知识产权证券化有助于战略性新兴产业发展和降低企业风险,并能充分发挥知识产权价值。本研究分析了河南省战略性新兴产业企业开展知识产权证券化的必要性与可行性,立足于当前河南省的知识产权状况和制度基础,探讨了河南省战略性新兴产业知识产权证券化发展面临的问题,提出相应的政策建议。

Strategic emerging industries are an important force to guide future economic and social development, which is of great significance to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and accelerate the transformation of economic development mode in Henan Province. Intellectual property securitization is helpful to the development of strategic emerging industries and reduce enterprise risk, and can give full play to the value of intellectual property. This study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of intellectual property securitization in strategic emerging industry enterprises in Henan Province, based on the current situation and institutional basis of intellectual property in Henan Province, discusses the problems faced by the development of intellectual property securitization of strategic emerging industries in Henan Province, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
