摘要
为适应我国建筑行业转型升级要求,建筑行业数字化、信息化发展已是必然趋势。基于BIM技术的建筑全生命周期应用,能模拟优化建筑项目、提高建筑工程效率、控制建筑项目成本、传递建筑产业信息,具有突出的综合管理优势。BIM技术可应用于建筑项目的规划设计、建造施工、安全管理、运营维护等各个阶段,且能满足各单位、各专业的沟通交流、协同作业需求。然而现阶段我国建筑行业应用BIM技术的广度与深度较为有限,还需通过提高建筑行业BIM应用能力、强化建筑供应链信息流集成、完善BIM建筑应用技术标准等举措,切实提高BIM技术和在建筑全生命周期中应用管理的效率和水平。
To meet the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of my country’s construction industry,the development of digital and information technology in the construction industry is an inevitable trend. The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of construction can simulate and optimize construction projects,improve construction engineering efficiency,control construction project costs,and transmit construction industry information.It has outstanding comprehensive management advantages. BIM technology can be applied to various stages of construction project planning and design,construction,safety management,operation,maintenance,etc.,and can meet the communication and collaborative operation needs of various units and professions. However,at this stage,the breadth and depth of the application of BIM technology in the construction industry in my country are relatively limited. It is necessary to improve the BIM technology and the construction efficiency and level of application management throughout the life cycle.
