摘要
目的:探讨课程思政融入“三环三阶五步”混合式教学在内科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月~2021年7月,河西学院2018级护理本科80名学生为研究对象。40名学生作为对照组,实行传统教学法。40名学生作为试验组,在传统教学基础上实行课程思政融入“三环三阶五步”混合式教学,比较两组学生的理论考试、操作考核成绩,通过问卷星调查两组学生思政素养及综合素质。结果:试验组学生理论考试、操作考核成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);试验组学生科学精神、文化自信、专业认同感、职业道德、批判性思维、实践创新能力、关爱健康和生命、责任担当、人文关怀能力的肯定回答率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);结论:课程思政融入“三环三阶五步”混合式教学法可有效提高学生的考试成绩及思政素养,进而提高综合素质,促进学生全面发展。
To explore the application effect of blended teaching integrating“3 Links,3 Stages and 5 Steps”in the teaching of internal medicine nursing. Methods:From March 2021 to July 2021,80 students of nursing undergraduate class of 2018 were selected for the study. 40 students were selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was implemented. 40 students were selected as the experimental group,and the“3 Links,3 Stages and 5Steps”mixed teaching method was implemented on the basis of the traditional teaching. The students of the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical examinations and operational examinations,and the students’ thinking and political literacy and comprehensive quality were investigated by questionnaire. Results:Students’ theoretical examination and operational assessment scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the affirmative response rates of students’ scientific spirit,cultural confidence,professional identity,professional ethics,critical thinking,practical innovation ability,caring for health and life,responsibility and humanistic care ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically(p<0.05);Conclusion:The blended teaching method of“3 Links,3 Stages and 5 Steps”can effectively improve students’ examination results and their thinking and political literacy,and then improve their comprehensive quality and promote their overall development.
