摘要
采用叶绿素测定法,根据广东省30个典型水库型水源监测数据,评估不同水库的初级生产力。结果表明,不同水库叶绿素a含量差异较大,平均叶绿素a含量为0.0093 mg/L;叶绿素a含量年度变化明显,3、4、9和12月份出现高峰期。广东省典型水库每667 m^(2)水域年初级生产力在0.009~0.308 t/a(以碳计),平均值为0.128 t/a(以碳计)。典型水库每年初级生产力达到44349 t(以碳计)。
The primary productivity of a water body is a reflection for ensuring the reproduction rate of aquatic organism population,which is important to the environmental protection and the potential fish productivity esti mation of the waters.This research uses the chlorophyll determination method to evaluate the primary productivity of 30 typical reservoirs in Guangdong Province.The results shows that the concentration of chlorophyll-a in different reservoirs varies greatly.The average concentration of chlorophyll-a is 0.0093 mg/L.The annual change of chlorophyll-a concentration is obvious,and there is three peak periods in March,September and December.The annual primary productivity of typical reservoirs in the province is 0.009-0.308 t C/a,with an average value of 0.128 t C/a.The typical reservoir has an annual primary productivity of 44349 tonnes(in carbon terms).
