摘要 评定了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定白酒中三氯蔗糖含量的不确定度。建立数学模型,对测量过程中不确定度因素的来源进行分析并进行评定和计算,得出合成相对标准不确定度。结果表明,白酒中三氯蔗糖的含量为60.6μg/kg,扩展不确定度为6.5μg/kg(k=2,95%置信区间),测量过程中标准溶液配制和标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度较大。 A mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of sucralose in Baijiu by UPLC-MS/MS. The sources of uncertainty factors in the measurement process were analyzed, evaluated and calculated, and the synthetic relative standard uncertainty was obtained. The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 6.5 μg/kg(k=2, 95 % confidence interval)when the content of sucralose in Baijiu was 60.6 μg/kg, and the uncertainty was mainly caused by standard solution preparation and standard curve fitting.
