黄炎培的职业道德观形成于20世纪初中国谋求国家民族复兴、现代工业发展的时代背景之下。以劳动神圣、乐业敬业的职业意识为核心,手脑并重、做学合一的职业原则为依据,互助利群、服务社会的职业要求为基础,构成黄炎培职业道德观的基本内涵。黄炎培职业道德观对培育新时代工匠的现实价值:以正确的劳动观培育新时代工匠;职业教育要把握新时代工匠精神的深刻内涵;突出工匠精神的当代性和现实性。

Huang Yanpei’s modern professional ethics came into being in the early 20 th century when China was seeking national rejuvenation and modern industrial development.Taking the professional consciousness of sacred labor and dedication to work as the core,based on the professional principle of paying equal attention to hands and brains,and integrating work and learning,and the professional requirements of mutual benefit and social service,constitute the basic connotation of Huang Yanpei’s professional ethics.The realistic value of Huang Yanpei’s professional ethics to the cultivation of craftsmen in the new era is as follows:firstly,cultivate the craftsman spirit of the new era with a correct view of labor;secondly,vocational education should grasp the profound connotation of the craftsman spirit in the new era;thirdly,vocational education must highlight the contemporary reality of cultivating craftsman spirit.
