中小学教师信息技术应用能力培养模式实证研究

摘要 教师在教育信息化中居于中心的位置,他们的信息技术能力水平将直接影响到教育的信息化水平和进程。经过前期的深入调查和了解,虽然多数教师已经完成了“全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程”的培训,但他们的信息技术应用能力和水平不尽如人意。究其原因有多方面的,主要原因有教师缺乏学习的主动性,培训时间上与他们的教学工作可能冲突等。基于现状分析的基础上,设计了一种自下而上的信息技术培训,并通过准实验的研究方法进行了实证研究,在排除了性别、学校区域、学校层次等因素的基础上,证实了培训模式对于受训者有显著的影响。 Teachers are the key roles of educational informatization,and their information technology ability will directly affect the level and process of educational informatization.After preliminary in-depth investigation,although most teachers have completed the training of"National Primary and Secondary School Teachers'Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project",their information technology application capacities are not satisfactory.There are many reasons,for example,the main reasons are teachers lack of initiative to learn,and training in time conflicts with their teaching work.Based on the analysis of the current situation,a bottom-up information technology training is designed,and an empirical study is carried out through the quasi-experimental research method.After excluding some factors,such as gender,school region,school level and etc.,it is confirmed that the training mode has a significant impact on the results of information and communication technology(ICT)training.
