大型养路机械综合仿真实训教学系统的研制

Development of Integrated Simulation Training System for the Large Maintenance Machinery

针对当前铁道机械化维修技术专业人才短缺,但原有教学方式难以满足人才培养的要求,通过校企合作研制了一种针对大型养路机械的仿真教学系统。通过采集分析现场环境数据和提取实际工作流程进行整体设计,采用现代计算机信息技术,系统模拟大型养路机械的运行条件、工作原理、设备操作、作业过程等。学生通过系统进行理论学习和仿真操作,有效提高专业课教学质量,缩短毕业后岗位适应时间,实现了快速对接岗位的人才培养目标。

There is a situation of the shortage of large maintenance machinery professional talents,but the traditional teaching methods cannot meet the requirement of training.A new kind of large maintenance machinery simulation teaching system is studied and manufactured through the cooperation of the college and enterprise.The system simulates the operation conditions,working principles,equipment operations and operation process of the large maintenance machinery with the field environment data,the actual working processes and modern computing information technology.With the help of the system,students could learn the knowledge and operating skill efficiently.The teaching quality of specialized courses is effectively improved.The adjustment time of graduates is shortened,and the goal of talent training for rapid docking of posts is realized.
