摘要
虚实混仿平台将虚拟仿真实训与原有真实设备实训相融合,为高技能人才培养提供了高效训练的平台。同时引入翻转课堂教学模式,充分发挥翻转课堂自主性、互动性和个性化特点,提高技能实操培训的教学效果,带来实训理念和教学行为的深刻改变。基于虚实混仿平台开展了翻转课堂实训教学,并以数模混仿智能变电站技能操作实训课程为例阐述了翻转课堂的应用,能够有效地提升学生的技能水平。
The virtual-real mixed simulation platform integrates virtual simulation training with traditional real equipment training,which provides a platform for efficient training of practical ability.At the same time,the flipped classroom teaching mode is introduced,giving full play to its autonomy,interaction and individual,which improves the teaching performance of skills training,and brings profound changes in practical training concepts and teaching behaviors.This paper analyzes the practical training mode of the flipped classroom based on the virtual-real mixed simulation platform.Finally,the application of the flipped classroom is discussed through the example of the skill practical course in the smart substation with digital-analog hybrid simulation.It can effectively improve the skill level of students.
