摘要
面向涵盖切削原理知识内容的课程,基于创新提出“完全体现概念本身的原始定义,直观表达”的设计思想,研制了用于课堂与实验教学的便携式外圆车刀角度认知与测量仪。教学实践证明,该测量仪在课程实验中的应用,在课时紧缩的条件下,对重难点知识的学习起到事半功倍的作用,达到了“加深理解课程内容、掌握工程实际仪器设备操作方法”的实验目的,提高了教学质量和效率,具有很好的推广价值。
Based on the innovative design idea of fully embodying the original definition and intuitive expression of the concept,a portable external turning tool angle recognition and measuring instrument for classroom and experimental teaching of cutting principles is developed.Teaching practice has proved that the experimental process completed by using this instrument has achieved the experimental purpose of deepening the understanding of the course content and mastering the actual engineering equipment and instrument operation methods,improving the quality and efficiency of teaching and learning under the condition of tight class hours.Difficult knowledge learning can play a multiplier role with half the effort,and has a good promotion value.
