不同稀释液对蛋种鸭受精率的影响

摘要 由于蛋种鸭必须经过训练后才能采出精液,且精液量较少,因此人工授精前对原精液进行稀释使用更好。不同的精液稀释液能够影响精子在体外的存活率,从而影响受精率的高低。为了探究不同的精液稀释液对蛋种鸭受精率大小的影响,本试验选择39周龄的缙云公鸭90只和母鸭720只,将母鸭随机分为2组,设为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复。对照组使用生理盐水对精液进行1:1稀释,试验组使用自配稀释液对精液进行1:1稀释。利用稀释后的精液进行人工授精,统计受精率及胚胎发育情况。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组使用自配稀释液(蔗糖、葡萄糖、醋酸钠、碳酸氢钠)对缙云母鸭受精率的提升作用更显著,而且胚胎的生长发育相对更快。 Egg breeding ducks must be trained to extract their semen,and the amount of semen is very few,so it is better to dilute the original semen before artificial insemination.Different semen diluents can affect the survival rate of sperm in vitro,thus affecting the fertilization rate.In order to explore the effects of different semen diluents on the fertilization rate of egg breeding ducks,90 Jinyun male ducks and 720 female ducks aged 39 weeks were selected in this experiment,the female ducks were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the test group,with three replicates in each group.The semen of the control group was diluted 1:1 with normal saline,the test group diluted semen 1:1 with self prepared diluent.The diluted semen was used for artificial insemination,and the fertilization rate and embryo development were counted.The test results showed that,compared with the control group,the test group using self prepared diluent(sucrose,glucose,sodium acetate,sodium bicarbonate)has a more significant effect on the fertilization rate of Jinyun female duck,and the embryo growth and development is relatively faster.
