摘要
通过配制一组不同梯度含量的含硒玻璃标样,利用X射线荧光光谱仪粉末压片法,建立玻璃中微量着色元素硒含量的测定方法。测定结果相对标准偏差RSD%不超过10%;通过加标实验分析准确性令人满意,回收率允许限90%〜110%,可满足生产及科研的需要,且该方法操作简单。
Preparation of a set of different gradient content of selenium glass sample,using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with powder pressed sample,establish the determination method of trace shading element selenium content in the glass.The method is simple in operation,the relative standard deviation less than 10%RSD%;By standard addition experiment analyzing accuracy satisfactory,the recovery rate allows limited within 90%〜110%,which can meet the need of production and scientific research.
