太阳能光伏玻璃生产中原料的控制

摘要 基于太阳能光伏产业蓬勃发展、超白玻璃市场需求逐渐增加的发展趋势,通过对超白玻璃生产工艺、原料的质量控制及配料工艺技术的研究分析,提出应重视超白玻璃原料质量、原料化验、原料配方,加强原料进厂和使用管理;配料系统称量应同时运用减量法与增量法,严格设计和控制称量进度及排料顺序;料仓布置使用塔库结构以简化流程,严格采取措施防止机械铁引入。把控原料质量、配合料精度及混合均匀度,加强配料的生产稳定性对超白玻璃生产极其重要。 Based on the vigorous development of the solar photovoltaic industry and the gradual increase in the market demand for ultra-clear glass,through the research and analysis on the production process of ultra-clear glass,the quality control of raw materials and the batching technology,it is proposed that attention should be paid to the quality of ultra-clear glass raw materials and raw materials test,raw material formula,and to strengthen the management of raw materials entering the factory and use;the reduction method and the incremental method should be used in the weighing processing of the batching system at the same time,to design and control the weighing progress and discharging sequence strictly;the silo should be tower-type structure to simplify the process,and strict measures should be taken to prevent mechanical iron.Controlling the quality of raw materials,batching accuracy and mixing uniformity,and strengthening the production stability of batching are extremely important for ultra-clear glass production.
