后疫情时代大学新生入学教育模式探究

Study on the Mode of College Entrance Education for Freshmen in the Post-pandemic Era

大学新生入学教育是保障新生顺利开启大学生涯的第一课。实践证明,做好新生入学教育工作有助于大学新生快速融入生活环境、熟悉教学模式、适应学习节奏、明确发展目标。受当前新冠肺炎疫情的影响,新生军训时间推迟,借助军训来培养新生集体意识、加强爱国爱校教育、选拔学生干部的目的无法及时实现,给新生入学教育工作带来了挑战。因此,在后疫情时代如何实现快速反应、强化顶层设计、做好统筹规划、发挥育人合力,构建后疫情时代大学新生入学教育模式,对增强新生的集体感和归属感、树立规矩意识、养成优良学风、奠定思想政治教育基础,具有重要的现实意义。

College freshmen entrance education is the first lesson for freshmen to start their college life smoothly.Practice has proved that it can help freshmen to quickly get familiar with the living environment and the teaching mode,adapt to the learning pace,and make clear their development goals.The impact of the pandemic has affected the military training for new students.The purposes of military training are to cultivate new students’collective consciousness,strengthen their patriotism and their love for school,and select student leaders.These purposes cannot be realized because of the pandemic,which brings challenges to the entrance education for new students.In the post-pandemic era,how to response rapidly,strengthen the top-level design,make overall planning,give full play to the educational cooperative forces,and build a college freshmen entrance education mode has important practical significance,which can enhance students’collective sense and their sense of belonging,help them to establish rule consciousness,form a good style of study,and lay a solid foundation for ideological and political education.
