时间管理倾向对本科生毕业论文写作焦虑的影响及其机制 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了本科生时间管理倾向对毕业论文写作焦虑的影响及其机制,利用整群随机抽样的方法,选取海南某高校408名本科毕业生为调查对象,采用《时间管理倾向量表》《论文写作自我效能感量表》和《论文写作焦虑量表》进行调查研究。结果表明:男生的毕业论文写作自我效能感显著高于女生(t=3.348,p=0.001),女生的毕业论文写作焦虑显著高于男生(t=-2.964,p=0.003)。毕业论文写作自我效能感在时间管理倾向对毕业论文写作焦虑的影响中起完全中介作用。加强大学生的时间管理,增强毕业论文写作自我效能感,有助于降低大学生的毕业论文写作焦虑。 This paper explores the influence and mechanism of undergraduate students’time management tendency on graduation thesis writing anxiety.The method of cluster random sampling was adopted,and 408 undergraduate students from a university in Hainan were selected as the survey objects.The Time Management Tendency Scale,the Thesis Writing Self-efficacy Scale,and the thesis Writing Anxiety Scale were used to conduct the investigation.The results show that male students’self-efficacy in paper writing was significantly higher than that of female students(t=3.348,P=0.001),and female students’anxiety in paper writing was significantly higher than that of male students(t=-2.964,P=0.003).Graduation thesis writing self-efficacy plays a completely mediating role in the influence of time management tendency on the anxiety of graduation thesis writing.Strengthening the time management and enhancing the self-efficacy of thesis writing can reduce the anxiety of graduation thesis writing.
