高等教育体育专业人才培养模式探析

Analysis on the Training Mode of Physical Education Talents in Higher Education

在我国高等教育中,体育专业人才主要以培养应用型人才和创新型人才为主。随着课程改革的不断推进,高等教育的人才培养模式发生了巨大变化。当前全面落实新课程标准,以培养学生的综合素养、创新创业能力为目标,培养更多适应社会发展的优秀专业人才。全面分析高等教育体育专业人才培养中存在的问题,揭示影响学生全面发展的根本原因,制定科学的人才培养制度,引导学生进行实践学习、探索学习和自主学习,让学生树立科学发展观,实现全方位提高学生综合素养和综合能力的培养目标。

In China’s higher education,physical education mainly train application-oriented talents and innovative talents.With the continuous advancement of curriculum reform,the talent training mode of higher education has undergone great changes.At present,the new curriculum standards should be full implemented so as to cultivate students’comprehensive quality and innovative and entrepreneurial ability,and to train more talents to adapt to social development.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current problems existing in the sports talent cultivation in higher education,points out the fundamental reasons affecting the students’comprehensive development,formulates a scientific talent training system,trying to guide students to conduct practice learning,exploration learning and independent learning,so that students can establish the scientific outlook on development,
