摘要
本文针对目前保险销售人员在健康保险销售过程中服务为本的理念不够、健康管理知识不多、健康风险评估能力较弱、同类产品分析不专业等问题,结合笔者开展《健康理财保险规划师(HFP)》项目的调查情况,提出通过强化保险销售人员服务为本的观念、进行健康疾病风险评估指导、在销售过程中融入健康教育、绘制客户健康风险与产品健康保障的思维导图等来提升保险销售人员健康管理服务能力。
In view of the problem that the concept of service-oriented is not sufficient,the knowledge of health management is not enough,the ability of health risk assessment is weak,and the analysis of similar products is not professional,combined with the investigation of the health financial insurance planner(HFP)project,this paper puts forward some suggestions to effectively improve the health management service ability of insurance salesmen.
