摘要
本研究基于公共基础课服务专业的理念,依据新课标和人才培养方案,以英语语言能力在职场情境中的应用为主线,从教学内容、教学组织、教学评价等维度探讨如何将语言基础知识的传授和技能的训练与职场涉外沟通目标、多元文化交流目标、语言思维提升目标和学习自主完善目标的培养有机结合起来,将这些学科核心素养的培养具体落实在英语教学中,使学生学科核心素养得到全方位发展,为学生未来的学习与发展夯实根基。
Based on the concept of public basic courses serving specialized courses,according to the latest curriculum standard and talent training scheme,and taking the application of English language ability in workplaces as the main line,this study aims to explore how to teach basic language knowledge,skill training and the four core objectives(international communication in the workplace,multicultural communication,improvement of verbal thinking and independent learning)in the teaching process from the dimension of teaching content,organization and evaluation.The four key competencies are organically combined and the cultivation of these disciplines are specifically implemented in the English teaching,so that students'key competencies can be developed in an all-round way and lay a solid foundation for students'future learning and development.
