摘要
膜曝气生物反应器(MABR)是一种膜材料与生物膜技术相结合的新型污水处理技术。综述了该技术的原理,即氧气分子透过膜材料进入生物膜,在生物膜内部形成浓度梯度变化,污染物从污水中扩散到生物膜内部,与氧气分子形成异向传质并在生物膜内不同的区域被去除,从而实现同步脱氮除碳;详细地阐述了用于MABR的膜材料种类、膜组件形式及应用现状、系统所形成的生物膜的结构特点及功能分层情况,并对MABR技术在黑臭水体治理、生活污水及工业废水处理中的应用现状进行了总结,指出了限制其大规模应用的众多不足之处;最后,对该技术未来的研究进行了展望,并指出了其下一步的具体研究方向,以期为未来MABR技术的应用提供参考。
Membrane Aerated Bioreactor(MABR)is a new sewage treatment technology combined with membrane materials and biofilm technology.The principle of this technology was summarized.The oxygen molecules entered the biofilm through membrane materials to form concentration gradient changes in the biofilm,and the pollutants dif⁃fused from sewage to the biofilm,forming opposite mass transfer with oxygen molecules.Pollutants were removed in different areas of the biofilm,so as to realize simultaneous nitrogen and carbon removal.Then the types of mem⁃brane materials,the forms of membrane modules and their application status,the structural characteristics and func⁃tional stratification of the biofilm formed by the system were described in detail.The application status of MABR technology in the treatment of black and odorous water bodies,domestic sewage and industrial wastewater was sum⁃marized,and many deficiencies that limited its large-scale application were pointed out.Finally,the future research of this technology was prospected,and the specific research direction in the next step was pointed out.It hopes to provide reference for the application of MABR technology in the future.
