河南省某工业污水处理厂工艺设计探讨 被引量:3

摘要 河南省某综合工业污水厂,设计规模15万m^(3)/d,进水涵盖了造纸、制药、氮肥制造、印染、精细化工等诸多工业企业出水,工业污水占比超过80%。考虑进水水量、水质波动较大,且含部分有毒有害物质,经多方案比选及综合设计,采用以生化处理为主,多种物化处理工艺相结合的以“预氧化+多段A^(2)O生物池+多效澄清池+臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池+加炭澄清池”为核心的工艺路线对废水进行处理,并在设计中预留多工段跨越条件,提高了污水厂抗冲击能力及运行灵活性。工程运行结果表明,经该组合工艺处理后,出水总氮达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,其余指标达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅴ类标准。成本计算表明,工程概算总投资为62006.37万元,单位水处理成本为4.39元/m^(3),具有较好的经济性。 A comprehensive industrial sewage plant in Henan Province is designed with a scale of 150000 m^(3)/d.Its influent covers the effluent of many industrial enterprises such as papermaking,pharmaceuticals,nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing,printing and dyeing,and fine chemicals,and the industrial sewage accounts for more than 80%.Con⁃sidering that the influent quantity and quality fluctuated greatly,and the influent contained some toxic and harmful substances,a biochemical treatment combined with various physical and chemical treatment processes were ad⁃opted,which involved a combined process of“pre-oxidation+multi-stage A^(2)O biological pool+multi-effect clarifier+ozone oxidation+aerated biological filter+carbon-added clarifier”.In addition,the crossing conditions of multiple sections were reserved in the design,that improved the impact resistance and operation flexibility of the sewage plant.After treatment by the combined process,the total nitrogen in the effluent met the Class A standard of Dis⁃charge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),and the rest of the in⁃dicators met the Class V standard of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002).Cost calculation showed that the total estimated investment of the project was 620063700 yuan/t,and the unit water treatment cost was 4.39 yuan/m^(3),which had good economy.
