Eliminating the False and Retaining the True:Three Topics on Studying Chinese Tea Culture

茶文化研究主要涉及史学和茶学两个学科,既包括历史考证,又需以史实为依据进行科学分析。但当前该领域研究者缺乏对这两个学科及其研究方法的认识,致使研究出现诸多讹误。本文选取茶文化研究中的热点话题,从史学和茶学相结合的角度出发,重新考证饮茶的起源时间、六大茶类的形成时间以及茶具的演变,为茶文化研究去伪存真,提供客观而科学的视角。

The study of tea culture mainly involves two disciplines,namely,historical research and scientific analysis based on historical facts.However,researchers in this field lack understanding of these two disciplines and their research methods,resulting in many errors in the research.This paper selects the hot topics in the study of tea culture,and by combining history with tea science,re-examines the time when tea drinking began,and the time when tea came under six kinds and how tea ware evolved so as to provide an objective and scientific perspective for the study of tea culture.
