企业数字化转型的现状、问题和对策建议

Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Enterprise Digital Transformation

后疫情时代,企业数字化转型进入“分水岭”且成为企业必选项,数字化转型如何有效推进面临组织重塑、数字鸿沟等转型现状。本研究从认知层、方法层、系统层三个层面得出企业数字化转型面对的问题和挑战,分别为是否对数字化转型有正确的认识、是否正确实施数字化转型方法论、是否能有效构建或融入数字化生态;并指出企业数字化转型的相关新趋势,如企业数字化转型与领导能力密切相关、中国数字产业呈现区域和城市差异化分布的新趋势、“数字化产业带”带来区域产业集群效应新趋势;最后提出对策建议:提升企业数字化适应力和领导力是数字化转型的关键,关注数字生态的构建和融入是企业数字化生存的系统保障,构建数字化产业带将成为数字经济时代区域韧性打造的焦点。

In the post-epidemic era,digital transformation of enterprises has entered a"watershed"and become a must for enterprises,and how to effectively promote digital transformation faces organizational reshaping,digital divide and other transformation status.This study identifies the problems and challenges of digital transformation from three levels:cognitive level,methodological level,and systemic level,i.e.how to correctly understand digital transformation,how to correctly implement digital transformation methodology,and how to effectively build or integrate digital ecology.This study also points out the new trends of digital transformation of enterprises,such as digital transformation of enterprises is closely related to leadership ability,the new trend of regional and city differentiated distribution of digital industry in China,and the new trend of regional industrial cluster effect brought by"digital industry belt".Finally,results suggest that improving the digital adaptability and leadership of enterprises will be the key to digital transformation,focusing on the construction and integration of digital ecology is the systemic guarantee of enterprises’digital survival,and building digital industry belts will become the focus of regional resilience building in the digital economy era.
