摘要
数控机床在机测量系统可以一次装夹完成绝大部分加工、测量工作,并且能够保证工件的加工精度,提高产品质量。以三轴数控机床在机测量系统为研究对象,根据系统结构,分析系统误差。在此基础上,通过最佳测量区测量误差计算模型和目标函数模型,利用最优化算法求解在机测量系统的最佳测量区,从而降低数控机床在机测量系统的测量误差,提高工件的加工测量精度。
The on-machine measurement system of NC machine can clamp and complete most of the processing and measurement work at one time,and can ensure the processing accuracy of the workpiece and improve the product quality.Taking the on-machine measurement system of three-axis NC machine as the research object,the system error is analyzed according to the system structure.On this basis,through the calculation model of measurement error in the optimal measurement area and the objective function model,the optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal measurement area of the on-machine measurement system,so as to reduce the measurement error of the on-machine measurement system of NC machine and improve the processing measurement accuracy of the workpiece.
