摘要
减水剂作为混凝土常用的一种添加剂,在使用中存在运输成本较高,对机器磨损较严重等问题。为了降低减水剂在使用过程中的成本,提高生产过程中的经济效益,以硅藻土矿物为载体,负载聚羧酸系减水剂,并且通过扫描电子显微镜,检测混凝土坍落度、混凝土抗压强度等手段对负载后的硅藻土进行表征。实验证明:硅藻土负载减水剂的最佳质量比为1∶1,负载后的硅藻土组的抗压强度高于直接加入减水剂组。
As an additive in concrete use,water reducing agent has problems such as high transportation cost and serious machine wear.In order to reduce the cost of the superplasticizer in the use process and improve the economic benefits in the production process,the diatomite mineral is used as the carrier to load the polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The diatomite after loading was characterized by testing methods such as compressive strength.Experiments show that when diatomite is loaded with superplasticizer,the optimal mass ratio is 1∶1.The compressive test results show that the compressive strength of the loaded diatomite group is higher than that of the directly added superplasticizer.
